These embodiments are mixed into containers and transported via a hopper to an injection molding machine. Subsequently, they heat up to the melting temperature. The molten material is injected under high pressure into the cavity of a closed mold, which it fills. After the material has cooled, the mold is opened and the mechanism pushes the final product out. Products made in this way are characterized by very good dimensional and shape accuracy. For this reason, only minimal or no finishing work is required on the parts. Meeting high demands allows their use in our own products or for the needs of external customers.

When outputting moldings, we also perform output control by a set of required operations where we check the values ​​of the product according to the specified quantities.

At the customer's request, we can also describe products using engraving, laser or tamponing techniques. Surface polishing.

We can ensure the drawing of your product and subsequent processing on a 3D printer and, after approval, ensure the production of a mold for the given product.
